Shipping policy

We ship across India from our own stock. Every order is packed by hand and handed to a tracked courier.

Delivery time

Orders placed before 2 pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same or next working day. Made-to-order and personalised items show their own dispatch time on the product page.

• Metro cities: 2 to 4 working days after dispatch
• Rest of India: 4 to 7 working days after dispatch
• Remote pincodes and the North-East: up to 10 working days

Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Festive weeks can add a day or two.

Charges

Shipping is free on orders over ?999. Below that, the exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay, based on your pincode and the weight of your order.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel is dispatched you receive an email and SMS with the courier name and tracking number. You can also see it any time under My account › Orders.

Damaged or missing parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, please refuse it or photograph it before opening and write to us within 48 hours. We will send a replacement or refund in full. If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel, tell us within 3 days and we will take it up with the courier.

Cash on delivery

Payment is online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). Cash on delivery is not offered at the moment.
